1. Acceptance of terms

By downloading, installing, or using Transparent Teleprompter (the “App”), the website at transparentprompter.com (the “Site”), or the free online teleprompter tool (the “Online Tool”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App, Site, or Online Tool.

2. Description of service

Transparent Teleprompter is a free teleprompter application for Windows that overlays scrolling text on top of other applications. The Online Tool provides a browser-based teleprompter. Both are provided “as is.”

3. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal and commercial purposes. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.

4. User content

Scripts and text you enter into the App or Online Tool remain yours. We do not collect, store, or transmit your scripts. All content stays on your device or in your browser.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the App or Online Tool for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Redistribute, sell, or sublicense the App without permission

6. Disclaimer of warranties

The App, Site, and Online Tool are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wojciech Rozga Mobile Apps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App, Site, or Online Tool.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App, Site, or Online Tool after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
